How to apply

1) Fill out the online application form. Please make sure to answer all the questions.

2.) Notification email and registration fee payment details from IDW Budapest:
We will contact you within a few days after receiving your application to notify you whether or not you are accepted to our workshop.
If you are accepted you will be required to pay a 50 euro non-refundable registration fee via bank transfer to secure your spot in the workshop. In the same notification email we will send you details on how to pay this fee securely to our bank account.

We have limited space to 80 participants max. Please apply as soon as possible to ensure your place for the workshop.We will also maintain a waiting list in case dancers cancel.

Cancellation policy

Each member of IDW Budapest is working as a volunteer, aiming to welcome as many dancers as possible to the workshop.
Therefore we would like to kindly ask our already registered participants to inform us in case of cancellation as soon as possible so someone on the waiting list can get your spot and participate in the workshop.
In case you wish to cancel your registration please send us an email latest by 20th may. Thank you for your understanding! Looking forward to meet you all soon!
