I have given workshops in Hungary several times, the  pure physicality, dynamic partnering and intensive floorwork what inspires me most. My movement language derives from different material arts and from spiral movements created in the body. I am interested in the way of creating physicality out of different levels of conscoiusness , to reach the point where I am run out of thoughts and only honest gestures are able to come from inside.

PURUSA SUKTA DAS / HATHA YOGA

Purusa Sukta Das

Since my highschool years I have been interested in east philosophies , lifestylies and beside the spiritual way in different material arts such as kung-fu, thai box and later on I was practising aikido too. Through deepening my phylosophical studies I discovered the Gaudiya Vaisnava traditions.1997-2011 I lived and served in churches. During those years I studied and practised mantra meditation, Indian gastronomy and Indian music as well. In the education system of the church I received Bhakti –sastri degree. Int he aspect of my self development it was determining when I took part in a pilgrimage visiting the most holy places in India ( Puri, Mayapur, Vrindavan). Before the pilgrimage I already found my way and my main activity has become mantra meditation what is still a dominant part of myLIFE. I give mantra evenings for invitations where the participants can share the experience of common singing mantra meditation with each other.I received my qualification as a yogateacher at Purnam International Yoga Academy (Yoga Alliance, RYT200). I find development important – with individual practising and with a constantly train myself in the field of yoga and mantra education.
